In most versions of the story the name of the kingdom is never given (the name of the kingdom the prince is from is likewise not given, but it's presumably a different one, princes and princesses of the same kingdom having a bit more consanguinity than even royal marriages tend to allow). The Disney movie refers to it as "a far away land", but leaves it unspecified which one. The appearance of "Sleeping Beauty's Castle" in Disneyland is based on Schloss Neuschwanstein in Bavaria ... so ... maybe Bavaria? The version of the Sleeping Beauty fairy tale that calls her "Aurora" is French, but "Briar Rose" (her alias when hiding in the forest) is the name in the German version, so Bavaria is not utterly ruled out.
Robin McKinley, I met her at a signing a few years ago. she is absolutely wonderful

Cinderella & sleeping beauty
It is a Brother Grimm story . Sleeping Beauty is based in Medieval Germany. Her castle is based on Schloss Neuschwanstein, a German castle- and the story itself has German roots. However, it was ortiginally called "Little Briar Rose" by the Grimms but an adaptation rewritten by Charles Perrault who put a french slant to the story and called it La Belle au bois dormant "The Beauty in the Sleeping Wood".
the movie is based on both Cinderella and sleeping beauty.

"Briar Rose" is a retelling of the Sleeping Beauty fairy tale set during the Holocaust. The novel follows a woman named Gemma as she sets out to uncover the truth about her grandmother's past, who survived the Holocaust and has always told the tale of Sleeping Beauty. Through Gemma's journey, the novel explores themes of memory, storytelling, and resilience in the face of trauma.

The British version is based on London, UK. There is no 'Atlantic City' in Britain.
You could make the case that all beauty is "in the eye of the beholder" (subjective, the opinion of a person or group of people) based on its various interpretations. There is, however, a general agreement that beauty inspires a positive reaction based on shape, form, symmetry, or artistic merit. Human beauty is at least partly based on cultural ideals. It cannot be directly related to proportionality or other characteristics.
