In general, any antioxidant such as vitamin A, C, E or coenzyme-Q10 can be referred to as "anti-inflamatory". However, whether such basic biological properties translate into real benefits in people has shown mixed results in controlled studies involving supplementation. Supplements are no replacement for antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables.
