Semen volume would not significantly increase with greater vitamin intake beyond an every-day multivitamin. Instead of looking at vitamins, which are barely (if at all) involved in semen production.

Instead, look to other things to increase semen production:

  • Ejaculate less often. Semen builds up over time, meaning if you don't ejaculate for a week, that volume is still there. Any more than a week has no real purpose, as the semen (and sperm) is removed and replaced naturally.
  • Drink extra water. Semen is largely water, so if you're dehydrated there will be less volume
  • Be sure you have enough protein (hint, you most likely do), as this is the other main ingredient in semen
  • Be sure you're in good health - exercising, eating a full and balanced diet, etc. This is sort of a catch-all, as a healthy body will perform better in nearly every wished-for way (increase sex drive, increase happiness, increase strength, decrease injury, increase life expectancy, increase stamina, just about everything).
  • Up your zinc intake. semen contains a small amount of it, so it may be depleted.

After ejaculating you will decrease levels of at least these three vitamins or minerals: Zinc, Magnesium, Manganese.
