the undersea Loihi volcano in the Hawaiian Islands may be invisible at sea level, but it towers almost 10,000 feet above the ocean floor. That's taller than Mount St. Helens. During a 1996 eruption of Loihi, researchers recorded the temperature of the surrounding water at almost 400°F.

Mauna Loa (4,169 m (13,678 ft)) is the largestmountain and volcano in the world in terms of base area (about 2,000 sq mi/5,200 km2) and volume (about 10,000 cu mi/42,000 km3). It is mostly submerged in the Pacific Ocean and is located in Hawaii, USA.

Lake Taupo, New Zealand.

ans2. The fact that Lake Taupo is the throat of an ancient volcano, only says that it has a crater lake. Which is not uncommon.

I think the questioner wanted 'under sea' volcanoes.

L Taupo's deepest point is only186m below the surface.

i don't have any knowledge about undersea volcanoes.
