Although Black Sabbath had numerous well-known songs, I would say the most popular is "Iron Man", with "Sweet Leaf" and "Faeries Wear Boots" running closely behind. Being a long-time Sabbath fan, it is hard for me to detatch from my own personal favorites, but I believe I got this one right.

Contrary to popular belief; Ozzy didn't write the majority of his songs, so the first song that he performed isn't the first song that he wrote. When he was the vocalist of Black Sabbath, Geezer Butler (the Bassist of Black Sabbath) wrote the majority of songs. Ozzy contributed lyrics when he went solo, but still had most of the songs written by others.

Wikipedia said that is "The Polka Tulk Blues Band" after a talcum powder that Ozzy found in his mother's bathroom.

It was then shortened to Polka Tulk, then it was Earth (Ozzy hated this name). And finally they became Black Sabbath after their song Black Sabbath. They wrote this song because of the Horror movie Black Sabbath.
