Your question is difficult to answer precisely as the results of Caesar's IQ. tests have never come down to us. He was intelligent enough to follow the Roman system and get himself elected to all the political offices and also to the highest priesthood. He was smart enough to keep the home folks informed of his victories in Gaul and wrote his commentaries not in the intellectual Greek, but in the common Latin so everyone could read them. He had the intelligence to weigh matters carefully before starting the civil war, as he knew what allies he had in Italy. He was aware of the discontent among the common people and had legislation proposed to alleviate some of the debt which was a big concern. Overall, one could say that Julius Cesar was one of the more intelligent historical personages.

The IQ test was not invented until much after Caesar's death. It is impossible to know his score on the IQ test without him being able to take it.

Not True we have technology today to estimate the IQ of people in the past
