Herakles (or Hercules as he is commonly called) actually just had super human strength. his superhuman strength is superhuman strength. He's like a Greek version of Superman, except to my knowledge, Herakles does not have a crippling weakness like Superman does with kryptonite.
Hercules had superhuman strength because he is half god and half mortal.
Hercules isn't exactly a god but he is known for his strength
He was born with it, Hercules was half-mortal, half-god. His father being Zeus.
He had immortality, super strength, the ability to never become fatigued and the ability to be resurrected if he is utterly obliterated.
Hercules is known for his strength.
the strongest
Hercules's only power was his tremendous strength.
yes
I don't know about "powers" but Hermes was the god of trade I think
His father, Zeus, gave him powers.
Hercules was famous for his incredible strength.
He was a demigod and a hero. Not being a god he had no special powers. He is famous for his labors.
Hercules is actually classified as a demigod, a human with god-like powers and capabilities. In this case, those abilities are incredible strength and unmatched toughness.
Compared to Superman, Hercules (or Heracles, as the Greeks called him) seems pretty wimpy. Although both of them have super-strength, Superman can also fly, has super-speed, super-vision, super-hearing, breath powers, X-Ray vision, and a host of other powers that Hercules doesn't have. Hercules DID become a god after he died (his father was Jupiter or Zeus), however, so that should count for something.
hercules's appearance, his mating habits, his internal and external organs, his voice, etc. basically he coan do anything a human can do, and then he has his other super human like powers like his strength and speed.
Hercules was a 'demi-god' meaning he had some of the gods blood in him, all these heroes had some god blood that gave them special powers over something, Hercules was strength
