When was the unions first victory?
It is important to note that there were many battles and skirmishes in the American Civil War and it is important for the both the historian and the informed student to focus on those military actions which have long range implications. George McClellan led a successful campaign in what is now West Virginia in the summer of 1861 as the Union was reeling from it's great defeat at the first Manassas, but the scale of the West Virginia campaign was small and its effects transient. The first important victory for the Union, in the view of many historians, was the capture of Fort Donnelson and Fort Henry in northern Tennessee in February of 1862, which signaled the successful beginnings of the largely successful Western Campaign and the ascendancy of Ulysses S Grant.

What is difference between negative and full demand?
Negative Demand: The marketer will need to focus on a very creative process to create the demand for the product/service. If the product/service is unknown then a major PR campaign to introduce the new service/product should be implemented into the marketing strategy and focus from that aspect until demands reach an adequate level. The marketer will want to focus on the functionality of the new product/service and display the benefits to the new market. New distribution channels will need to be created, founded, or forged. Promotion trial offers may need introduction for product/service release. If the product/service is in in negative demand because of the misfortune of defamation, the marketer will need to create a healing PR campaign to bring demand levels back up. Many press conferences and interviews will need to be implemented into the PR campaign. Free promotional offers should be considered to regain trust and rebuild brand integrity. Full Demand: Focus more on product/service value in advertising campaigns while readjusting the pricing. Elevate market focus to investors. Create major investor PR campaign

What are the differences between Eastern and Western medicine?
The major difference between Eastern and Western medicine is that in Eastern medicine the focus is on balance. The body and mind should be in balance with the environment surrounding it. Eastern physicians strive to cultivate this balance, thereby eliminating illness and disease. In Western medicine, the balance of body and mind is not considered, so illness and disease are approached as needing to be "fixed" when broken. Bio-energy is not recognized as an important factor in Western medicine either. Eastern medicine strives for prevention and Western medicine does not.
