Scrooge's second regret in "A Christmas Carol" is seeing the happiness that the Cratchit family finds in their humble Christmas celebration, despite their financial struggles. He feels remorse for not being more compassionate towards them and for not recognizing the value of love and joy over material wealth.
That he didn't marry his fiancée and he didn't have any of the happiness bestowed on her husband; that he had long forgotten his sister's help and love; that he had rejected his nephew's affection; that he didn't help the poor and the needy; that he ignored his clerk's situation and he mistreated all who worked for him; that he had made people hate and despise him; that he didn't LIVE.
he regreted not giving the Carol singer anything , he regreted the way he treated and spoken to Bob Cratchit, he had shouted and spoken harshly to his Nephew who only offered him company at Chritmas and a meal and he also was regreted not helping the portly gentlemn who asked for a charitable donation to help feed and give awarmth to the poor and homeless at Christmas
