he most likely would have supported it at first because America was in favor of the decline of monarchy's after they broke away from their own monarchy. He probably would not have liked it towards the end though because of all of the violence,

But Jefferson continued to support France, despite not fully approving of the bloodshed. He believed that some deaths of nobles may be the price to pay for freedom of the people.

Thomas Jefferson supported the French even though their revolution became very violent, people were be beheaded. He thought the French had the right to use violence to achieve freedom. They were struggling for liberty and freedom just like us so he was able to connect with them. Plus the French helped us win our Revolution.
