The first two TV movies, Dr. Who and the Daleks, and Daleks' Invasion Earth: 2150 AD were directly about the Daleks. The later 1996 movie had them as a minor plot point in the beginning, sentencing the Doctor's nemesis The Master to death, that was their only involvement.
