What was the name of a restaurant famous for hamburgers on the South Side of Chicago in an old warehouse building?

Sauer's is the name of the near south side burger place. It had, at the turn of the 20th C. Bournique's Dancing Academy, where the Prairie Avenue children went for social dancing. The place on Wells was "Chances R" and their big feature was burgers with baskets of peanuts on the tables. People always threw the shells on the floor.
