They have not been named. There have been many of them over the millions of years.
I am not aware of any asteroid or other astronomical object with such a name - and much less of one that is about to hit Earth. If you clarify where you got the information from, we might investigate a bit more.
Some people think the dinosaurs died when an asteroid hit the earth.
From the sun it goes Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, ASTEROID belt, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto (although no longer classed as a planet). So the earth is inside the orbit of the asteroid belt.
The gravitational force (or attraction) between any two objects increases as the distance between them decreases. Thus, as an asteroid approaches Earth, the Earth's gravitational pull will increase as it gets nearer.
There is essentially no chance of any given asteroid ever hitting the Earth, because those with orbits that made them likely to hit the Earth have already hit the Earth. So it's not something you really need to worry about. If you're just curious... well, really, you don't want to know that badly. It comes down to solving n-body gravitational equations, and for any reasonably sized n (i.e. larger than, say, 3) there is no known exact solution except in special cases, so you have to use numerical methods and hope the interesting bits don't get lost in rounding errors.
It was not an asteroid. It was a planet. The name starts with an 'M'.
What asteroid? There were several.
no it was not an asteroid that hit the earth, it was kevins big mouth
U.S. astronomers said the giant asteroid could hit the earth in 2014.
Yes. An asteroid probably hit Siberia, in Russia, in June 1908.
Probably not. I haven't seen any news about an asteroid about to strike Earth.
An asteroid is going too hit earth this weekend.
Yes.
yes! it depend to gravitational pull and the weight of an asteroid
Impact, as in hit, sure.
tilted by an near hit or hit by an asteroid
An asteroid would hit earth first
