Shakespeare did not build any theatres. He was not a builder. He did not arrange for any theatres to be built either. When his friends Richard and Cuthbert Burbage found that there were legal problems with using the theatre (called The Theatre) which their father had left them in his will, they had it dismantled and moved the main timbers south of the River Thames, where they were handed over to the builder Peter Street. However, the new theatre needed plaster and flooring and a number of other things which could not be brought from the old theatre, and the Burbages did not have enough to pay. They turned to the actors in their company and offered them shares in the profits of the theatre in exchange for an investment. Four members of the company stepped up to the bar with money and got a share in the theatre, which was called the Globe Theatre, as a result. Shakespeare's share was 12.5%.

When the Burbages refurbished their indoor theatre the Blackfriars Shakespeare bought into that as well.

Shakespeare owned shares in two theatres. The Globe Theater was built in 1599. It was closed in 1642, because the Puritan government banned all theatres. The Blackfriars theatre was built in the middle ages but converted to a theatre in 1596. It was refurbished in 1609 and used by the King's Men until 1642. Shakespeare had a one-sixth interest (17.6%) in the Blackfriars and a one-eighth share (12.5%), which later became a one-fourteenth share (7%) in the Globe. By contrast, Richard Burbage had a 25% interest in the Globe.

Shakespeare did not own any theatres, at least not all by himself. He and a group of other actors owned shares in the two theatres the King's Men played in after 1599. Before 1599, the theatres they played in were entirely owned by James Burbage and his sons Richard and Cuthbert. After 1599, the Burbages owned the lion's share of them. The theatres were the Globe, built 1599 and the Blackfriars, built in the Middle Ages as the hall of a monastery, adapted as a theatre by James Burbage in the 1570s but not used by the adult companies until 1609 when the King's Men started to use it, and refurbished it. Both theatres were closed in 1642 when Parliament closed all theatres.

What happened to Shakespeare's first theater in 1613?

The first Globe burned down on June 29, 1613 during a performance of Shakespeare's Henry VIII. But it is misleading to call it "Shakespeare's first theatre". Shakespeare was not the owner of it and nobody at the time would ever have associated it particularly with Shakespeare, but rather with Richard Burbage, the famous actor who with his brother owned half of the theatre. It was not the first theatre to see Shakespeare act or the first to see his plays performed. It was the first theatre Shakespeare invested in in a small way (the second was the Blackfriars) and only in this sense can it be thought of as his first theatre.
