"13 people and 60 dogs"
The real answer appears to have been somewhere between four and six Infantry Brigades and one Cavalry Brigade. I have no idea of what the structure of those units may have been, nor how many or what types of weapons they may have used.
Several Lithuanian units were "incorporated" into the Soviet Army when Lithuania was annexed in 1940, but most of them defected or dissolved in the face of the German attack on the Soviet Union in 1941 (they were inclined initially to look upon the Germans as liberators rather than enemies and had no desire to fight for the Soviet Union).
It is extremely difficult to find accurate information on the pre-War Lithuanian Army via open sources. Probably, the Lithuanians themselves could answer the question, but I'm not sure how you would go about asking them.
