William Shakespeare was baptised on the 26th of April, 1564 (birth dates were not commonly recorded in this time period) and died on the 23rd of April, 1616.

The Tudor period lasted from 1485 to 1603, which marks the commencement of the reign of the House of Stuart (1603-1714).

As such William Shakespeare lived in both the Tudor and Stuart periods of British history.

William Shakespeare lived in the Elizabethan age, as Elizabeth the first, the second daughter of Henry VIII, was on the throne for part of the period when Shakespeare was writing. He also lived in the Tudor Age, since Queen Elizabeth's name was Elizabeth Tudor. The Tudor family ruled in England from 1485 to 1603. In addition he also lived in the Jacobean Age, because the last thirteen years of his life were under the rule of King James I. He did not live in the Victorian Age, which began in 1837, 221 years after he died.

Not specifically. The Duke of Richmond, who would later become Henry VII, is a character in Shakespeare's play Richard III. Shakespeare did not write a play about events in the reign of Henry VII. John Ford, with the possible assistance of Thomas Dekker, did write a play about the reign of Henry VII, called Perkin Warbeck, after Shakespeare's death.

Well, he was relatively young. At the age of 39 he stopped living in the Tudor times and started living in the Stuart.

Asking what life was like for someone in the late sixteenth century is a complex question which needs a book to answer it.
