What weapon do you have to use to kill the Scarab tank in Halo 3?

Sadly you cannot techinally use any "weapon" to kill the Scarab. You have to shoot the legs with a Missile Pod, and when it drops down jump on the back and shoot the energy core behind it. Then it makes this ginormous purple explosion =D
