Juliet's weaknesses: her love for Romeo, death
Mercutio's weakness is that he is too violent. He is the one that starts the fight with Tybalt in Act III, Scene 1 and as a result he dies. Mercutio can also be seen as kind of cocky about his fighting skills.
Paris is a conventional person, who knows how to behave in society. This can be a strength. It certainly helps him with Capulet. However, he lacks imagination and empathy--that's why he relies so strongly on doing the proper thing.
As with most of Shakespeare's characters, Friar Lawrence has his faults. A few that come to mind:
> NAIVETE/OPTIMISM - He married Romeo & Juliet thinking their marriage might ease their family's feud, not fully understanding the severity of the conflict.
> CHAUVINISM - Here's a quote.
Romeo's crying, and Laurence's response is something like "Dude, are you a man? You look like a man, but you cry like a woman, and you're being all crazy and irrational, just like a chick." (Well, technically, he says
"Art thou a man? thy form cries out thou art: Thy tears are womanish; thy wild acts denote
The unreasonable fury of a beast:
Unseemly woman in a seeming man!")
> COWARDICE - After Romeo dies, he abandon's Juliet because he's scared of getting caught in the tomb, and she commits suicide.
They are extreme, violent, resistant, moddy, fickle and immature

Juliets relatives are the Capulets. In the book it talks of.... Lady Capulet, Capulet, Tybalt. Lady Capulet is Juliets Mother (She encourages Paris' and Juliets marriage) Capulet is Juliets father (The one who forces her to marry Paris) Tybalt is Juliets cousin. (He picks a fight with Mercutio and kills him. Romeo takes revenge for his friend and kills Tybalt. That is why Romeo is banished from Verona)

Friar Lawrence's strengths include his intelligence, compassion, and desire for peace. His weaknesses are his impulsive nature, secrecy, and tendency to meddle in others' affairs, which ultimately lead to tragic consequences in Shakespeare's play "Romeo and Juliet."
