superstition in the 1960's where the most believable. the 1960's generation really did believe in superstition. such as walking over 3 drains was known as having bad luck for seven years in the 1960's no one walked over 3 drains... walking under a ladder was a sign of death on the way so no one walked under a ladder. 1960's was big and was known for its superstition and that was when the superstition/old wives tale all happened.. it was a very big time and still goes round today.
