Other than being forced out of their land, being introduced to desises they had not cure for, having a more than 1/4 of their total population killed and having their food hunted to near extention. They lived in tough climates and did not have technology and sometimes were killed by desise or starving.

Native American Tribes and some of their more advanced civilizations, such as the Incas, faced brutal attacks against them by all European powers creating colonies in the Western Hemisphere. Their land was taken away by every European power that settled in the new hemisphere. They were not considered by Europeans as being equal to whites. Basically, they were treated badly. With that said, it's a good idea to take a broader look at human civilization in all periods of time. Whether it be the expansion of the Roman empire, the conquests of Alexander the great, the Moors running roughly through North Africa, not to mention the ever present slavery issue, the powerful nations conquered their weaker opponents. The damage done to those victims was no less than the horrible damage done to Native Americans.
