The terms: Great Britain recognized American independence from the British crown and defined (more or less) the national borders Britain would remove their remaining military forces from the area of the thirteen colonies, as well as from their forts in the Great Lakes area. American fishermen also retained fishing rights to the Atlantic cod off of British Canada. The American government also promised to return confiscated property to loyalists, but this agreement was largely ignored. The terms were very favorable overall to the United States.

The British and French signed the Treaty of Paris to end the French and Indian war. And now French cannot help the Indians attack British or the French cannot trespass the British property, which is North America. (and other countries, but the French only cared about North America.)
