Robin Hood didn't have parents because he is a character in a story that dates from the 1200's. The story began as an oral poem and has been retold through the centuries. Eventually, it was written down, characters added, and changed over time. Modern versions of the story added a family background, but it isn't real. Historians are not sure if there ever was a true "Robin Hood" since no historical evidence has been found that he existed.
Unknown. It is doubtful if there ever was a Robin Hood to go with the tale.
If there was, he has not been identified as yet.
*****The thing I don't like about these questions is what the individual above answered. I will answer your question under the assumption that you are asking about Robin Hood, the literary character. In that case, we do know his mother's name: Joan. This is according to the Ballad "Robin Hood's Birth, Breeding, Valor and Marriage". According to this ballad, "His mother was niece to the Coventry knight,/Which Warwickshire men call Sir Guy" (149A.5). Also, "[her] brother was [George] Gamwell of Great Gamwell Hall...a squire of famous degree".
IT should be noted that "Young Gamwell", that is, Will Scarlet [or whatever name you want to give to him] is Squire Gamwell's son.
Also, in another ballad, we meet Gamble Gold, a peddler, who is the son of Robin's mother's sister [Robin's aunt].
And on a some-what unrelated note, the tanner Arthur a'Bland (again, another ballad) is Little John's cousin.
