Most of these laws and restrictions date from the period before the actual start of the Holocaust (in the normal sense of the systematic mass murder of the Jews). The Nazi regime issued 429 decrees and laws in all against the Jews in Germany alone. The last of these dates from 1943 and was secret: it denied Jews the right to appear in court and said that any Jew suspected of a crime was to be handed over to the Gestapo (secret police) who were to deal with the person as they saw fit. If one adds those issued in Nazi-occupied territories the number is much higher than 429.
