One cause is the IAC (idle air control) solenoid. which is the most common on Chrysler products.
.
While an incorrect fuel/air ratio can cause a misfire, it's not likely to cause only one cylinder to misfire unless you have tuned port injection. The more likely cause is the ignition system... Distributor cap, rotor, plug wires, or spark plugs.
If your plugs, wires, cap, rotor and a compression test check out okay I would suspect the #3 fuel injector.
Most common cause. Bad plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, Bad plugs. I would give it a GOOD tune-up
Those are all misfire codes. The common cause would be spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor.
When you replaced the plugs, did you check the compression? Did any of the plugs look different than the others? Low compression in one cylinder can cause misfiring. But then, so can a faulty distributor cap.
check wire routing, order, or if replace is needed, after that check compression, head gasket,or crack in head.
Start with distributor cap/rotor, spark plugs and spark plug wires.
Icm ignition control module bad valve or head gasket bad injector
could be distributor cap or rotor
change distributor cap and rotor
You may have a bad valve, did you replace the rotor and cap? Check the cap for cracks.
Bad coil, rotor, distributor cap?
