Carbohydrates are the main component of food.They provide the first source of energy to the body after Fats.

So ,if there is a lack of carbohydrates in your food there are very high chances of getting many body disorders.

Some are listed below:

  1. Water related weight loss: water retaining capacity of the body is lost
  2. Some doctor suggest that there is a increase level of insulin which contribute in to water loss from the body
  3. Weakness and fatigue: If you are exercising daily then there are chances of weakness and fatigue.
  4. Glucose availability in reduced :because carbohydrates is the main source of glucose, the level of glucose in the body is reduced up to extent that body is unable to produce sufficient energy to fulfill all the body requirements

you will feel very tired, as you will not have energy you do when you do have carbs. Instead of using carbs for energy, you start to kill fat. Although u do lose wait, carbs are an essential pat of your diet and if you don't get any, you'll be unhealthy.

When you eat food, there are three things your body burns for food.

1. Carbohydrates

2. Fat

3. Protein

Your body loves to burn Carbohydrates the best and if it can, it will burn carbohydrates instead of fat and protein. If there isn't a whole lot of carbohydrates in your body, your body will burn the fat instead. So to sum it all up, if you eat less carbohydrates, you'll burn more fat without even exercising.
