I don't know what will happen if you take the two together. however i do know by experience that prednisone, solumedrol, or any other steroid significantly affects bi- polar disorder. Steroids can make your moods fluctuate very quickly and can sometimes lead to hospitilization. If you are taking steroids and are bi polar be aware that the steroids will play havoc with your emotions.

∙ 13y agoYou could have hallucinations, it will also increase the sedating effects of the Seroquel. If this drug is not prescribed to you it is not something you want to mess with - the interaction will not be fun times trying to get high.
Seroquel is a potent antipsychotic medication and should not be taken without medical supervision.
