Best Answer

its burn that lamp

Answer

I assume that you mean 'two lines', as you cannot connect anything across 'two phases'! The answer is that it depends on whether the line voltage exceeds the rated voltage of the lamp; if it does then the lamp will either burn out immediately, or have its life considerably shortened. If it doesn't then the lamp will operate normally or may even be dim. It's all to do with the rated voltage of the lamp, now how it's connected!
