The Hubble Space Telescope his becoming, if not already, obsolete. The twenty-year-old telescope requires a lot of maintenance and a replacement is overdue.
The James Webb Space Telescope (sometimes called JWST) is a large, infrared-optimized space telescope, scheduled for launch in 2014. Webb will find the first galaxies that formed in the early Universe, connecting the Big Bang to our own Milky Way Galaxy. Webb will peer through dusty clouds to see stars forming planetary systems, connecting the Milky Way to our own Solar System.
Another space telescope has been envisioned and is anticipated to be placed in service between 2025 and 2065. The Advanced Technology Large Aperture Space Telescope (ATLAST) is a NASA strategic mission concept study for the next generation of UVOIR space observatory. ATLAST will have a primary mirror diameter in the 8m to 16m range that will allow scientists to perform some of the most challenging observations to answer some of man's most compelling astrophysical questions.

The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) is the follow-on telescope to replace the Hubble, expected to be ready in by 2015. It was originally called the Next Generation Space Telescope (NGST), but was renamed in honor of NASA administrator James Webb, who guided NASA through its initial years during the Mercury, Gemini, and the key Apollo missions.
Unlike HST, JWST will orbit past the Moon at the Lagrangian 2 point (L2) to better take advantage of the absence of Earth orbital problems. As such, new technologies to withstand the extreme cold of that area of the solar system has had to be invented or modified (Earth orbit is fairly warm compared to deeper space).
The James Webb Space Telescope will eventually replace Hubble.
The James Webb Space Telescope is planned to replace the Hubble Space Telescope, and is planned to be launched sometime in 2017 or 2018.

The Hubble Telescope was named after its designer Edwin Hubble.
Edwin P. Hubble is related to the Hubble space telescope because he suggested that we launch a telescope into space so they named it after Edwin's last name, Hubble.

Nothing will "replace" the Hubble Space Telescope. However, a couple of new space telescopes are already in space, and another much more powerful one, the Webb Space Telescope, is under construction and should be launched in 2014.

Edwin Hubble was a American astronomer, the Hubble telescope is named after him.

Edwin Hubble
Astronomer, Edwin Hubble, married Grace Burke on February 26, 1924. A veteran of the United States Army, Hubble is remembered for Hubble's Law, which tells us the universe is expanding. The Hubble Space Telescope is named after him.
How was a hubble made?
I don't hubble
No, Edwin Hubble had nothing directly to do with the Hubble Telescope, it was named for him because he profoundly changed the understanding of the nature of the universe. Hubble died before the the physical exploration of space began. Hubble also created his own Hubble telescope back in 1929 but it is not the orbiting Hubble telescope.
