∙ 12y agoAssassin's Creed III is an upcoming game that is being developed by Ubisoft, and set for release on October 30, 2012. It will feature a new setting, as well as a new protagonist, instead of Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad or Ezio Auditore da Firenze. Ubisoft have also claimed that the game will be bigger than its previous console installments.
As of 15 February 2012, Ubisoft has worked on the title for three years. In a statement made by Yves Guillemot, he shared that "what we have seen is just fabulous . Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot has just confirmed that the next installment in the Assassin's Creed franchise, Assassin's Creed 3, is due to arrive on October 30Th 2012

first of all if you mean that AC revelations is asssassins creed 4 then that wrong because there it is a segment of assassins creed 2 and not a stand alone game. so if u consider revelations to be AC 4 (when u should call it AC 2--2 for example) then AC 5 should be AC 3 in your opinion then yes there is gonna be one in 2012 and if you consider revelations to be AC 2--2 then yes there will be an Assassins creed 5 since one of ubisofts developers said that they can make 35 assassins creed games sorry for the many details

My thoughts: The next Assassins Creed will include 3 characters; Altaïr, Ezio and Desmond himself, maybe even more assassins as well. Because I believe they will bring in modern day world into play next time, assassination of the Kennedy's, Lincoln, Franz Ferdinand etc. I also believe 'The Black Hand' will play a big role in the next one, stringing it together with Illuminati and Prior of Sion. But that's just my thoughts. Assassins Creed Brotherhood is just Assassins Creed 2.5, so the next AC will be 3, which means a new era of AC, so just stop calling him an idiot for asking a reasonable question.
