No major party has ever nominated a woman for US president. (Two women have been major party nominees for vice-president and Senator Hillary Clinton attracted considerable support for the Democratic nomination in 2008.)

There has not been a major Vice Presidential candidate who has been African American.

There has never been a female Vice President of the United States. Geraldine Ferraro was the first woman nominated by a major political power as its candidate for Vice President of the United States. The question you are asking doesn't make complete sense, but I hope this is the answer you were looking for.
