You can't travel directly from Gatwick to Paris by train. You will have to take a train to London St Pancras and then get on another train to Paris. Unbelievably, you can't fly from Gatwick Airport to Paris either.
There are no trains running between Heathrow and Brighton.
It depends entirely on where you're going. They charge by the mile.
The Port Columbus International Airport does charge boarding fees. The fees often are only a few dollars but can sometimes cost as much as twenty to thirty dollars.
A lot of money. I'd suggest takeng a train or a plane.
If you are looking for a limo service for an airport ride, there are some companies that will charge you between $35-$60 dollars.

Dover to London is only 70 miles and Dover hasn't got an airport. Take a train, it's much easier.

The metro at the East (this is the metro line 2, the red one) go to the Deák Ferenc square, change the line there and take the blue metro (the metro line 3, the blue one) and go in direction Kőbánya Kispest. The best option is to fly. Babbo Airlines and Darwin Airlines both fly directly from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Nice Airport. By train may be cheaper but takes much longer. To travel by train it takes around 7 hours and you have to change trains twice. More information by rail is on Train Europe's website.
yes they are. taxi cabs inside the airport usually charge a little bit more than if you walk outside the airport and just stop a random cab. not the much of a difference though.
