Dual majors are typically pursued in two similar fields, ie musical theater and acting or physical therapy and anatomy. Any college that offers both programs would be suitable, however it's not likely you could recieve two Bachelors Degrees of such different fields in the amount of time you probably want. It would probably be better to get a degree in one field, graduate, and then go back for two more years to get the second degree. That way you have a degree you could a get a part time job with, and so you don't risk your academic record slipping because of the amount of classes you'd have to take at the same time.
