What would be the ideal meal plan to repeat daily for a very long period of time?

Drink one glass of water 30 minutes before each meal or snack. For breakfast, it is always healthy to eat porridge with fruits, don't eat eggs everyday nor sausage. You can only eat eggs 3-4 times a week. I'd also recommend eating vegetable burritos but when making burritos, use wheat flour not the regular one.

For lunch, you can eat a small portion of chicken (ex: chicken wings) glazed with healthy sauces and vegetables, one cup of rice and a healthy drink. For the drink, I recommend taro milk tea which helps in digestion and help you lose weight.

If you want to have snacks, eat fruits or bread not bigger than the plam of your hand.

Dinner- You can have half a belly meat and make a casserole or a fillet out of it using healthier ingredients.

Before bed, I recommend fat-free milk.
