Overheating can be caused by many things. First off, answer this question. Are you loosing coolant with no apparent leak and your exhaust is blowing white smoke? If your answer is yes, then you have a blown head gasket and must stop driving this vehicle until this is repaired. Otherwise you may have a stuck thermostat. defective water pump, or clogged radiator. I suggest you service your cooling system. Drain, and flush the cooling system. Replace the thermostat, and pour in a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and distilled water. Bleed all air from the system, and clean the front side of the radiator of all debris. Check the operation of the water pump.
550.00 @ Honda of Annapolis. Having the same problem with my 92 Accord.
yes but why?.......
Computer has detected a problem with the transmission.
It's probably your transmission.
yes, as long as the 1992 accord is also an automatic
You have a problem with the SRS or the light would not be on. Have it repaired by a professional and they will reset the light.
Our 1997 Honda accord has had the same problem two times. Get the coolant recharged at your mechanic. We have had no problems for several years afterward.
Are you planning to convert your Accord to RWD? The S2000 has a longitudinal motor. The Accord has a transverse motor. It would not be easy.
there is a problem in your brake system. take vehicle to a brake mechanic
either the car would turn of frequently or you would run everyones asses over
The Honda Accord would be faster with air shocks and the engine that runs like a babe. :-)
The transmission may need a flush and filter, or in my 92 accord I solved the problem merely by changing the transmissions computer.
