it is located on the driver side firewall it has one bolt holding it on hope this helps
The 1994 Pontiac Sunbird 3.1 liter engine windshield washer pump can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. The windshield washer pump will be on the drivers side firewall.
Passenger side, near the firewall inside the car.
beside coil pack behind firewall
You need to find out what is killing the O2 sensors. I suspect it is running rich, or is leaking coolant into the combustion chamber. Have the computer scanned for codes. If you are having to add coolant, suspect a blown head gasket. Plugged Cat on the exhaust!
1 gallon of full streangth should be plenty, butch
Usually at the firewall either passenger side or middle follow the heater hoses
no switch, fan control is determined by the engine control unit with input from the coolant sensor
Hey Heather==What is the bucket you speak of? Possibly it is the coolant recovery jar. Check all of the hoses and if it isn't leaking from the hoses and is shooting up out of the recovery jar you probably have blown head gasket. goodluckJoe
Should be located at the rear of the radiator approx. 1/3 from the top unscrew to replace
many possibilities; low coolant, bad thermostat, radiator fan does not work, bad relays/fuses, leakage in coolant system, stopped up coolant system, bad radiator cap, blown head gasket.
there should be 2 hoses going into that firewall for the heater core, it is probably bad. find the 2 hoses and connect them together until you can repair the heater core, at least it will be driveable. one end of the hose attaches to where the top radiator hose connects to the motor, and the other end is on the water pump towards the bottom of the opposite side.
I just replaced the thermostat and gave the coolant system a flush and replaced the prestone. Seems to have done the job.
Sounds like the heater core is leaking to me. Take off the kick panels underneath the dash and look up. if you see coolant dripping from the housing, then you got your culprit. Not likely. What you heard about this being a chronic problem is right, these cars are very leaky for water. The problem is either the door seals or windheild seals, both leak. Find them and seal them. (This may be harder than it sounds.) I wrote a post on this in another Sunbird question. Look for posts about sunbird and leaks, you'll find it.
on the side of the engine block on the driver side. screws in. has 3 wires coming out of the connector running to the fan.
The water pump pushes the coolant through the engine block and head(s) then into the heater core.
you get sunbird at level 10 on wizard101, you have to be in the fire school, like you can have it as your first or secondary school, but you do have to have it as your school to get sunbird because you have to get the spells b4 it in order to get sunbird.
Pontiac Sunbird was created in 1975.
Sunbird Airlines was created in 1979.
remove belt pump is accessable remove bolts make sure coolant is drained first replace
on the right side of the block just above the trany The sensor is located just above the manfol.
some models the pcv valve is in the valve cover on others the valve plugs into intake manifold and is connected to valve cover by hose
the code for a free sunbird is sososunbird776. there you go
anykind of snake eats the sunbird okkkay
you have to disconnect the hoses first that are on the firewall it is best to go at it from under the car. Then after you have disconnected the hoses you need to remove both panels under the dash and you will see it from there as it is step by step
