First of all, that vehicle doesn't have a fuel cutoff (inertia) switch. Spray some carb cleaner or starting fluid into the throttle body and try to start it. If it tries to run briefly you probably have a failed fuel pump. If that gives you no response, check for spark. If you have no spark check for DTC's. The DTC's may show a bad crank sensor.
Maybe a fuel filter clog.
