Hi, i had a 95 Chevy corsica that did the same thing. Check out the timing belt. It may be off. . :)

Make sure that the switch on the top of the steering column in turned off. That controls the running lights on the car. FYI that switch is basically used if you are pulled over somewhere and don't need help but yet you need your lights on and still need to take your keys.

All lights for night driving is automatic if the rotating end of the turn signal is turned clock wise until it stops. If the switch is turned one stop counter clockwise it turns on the head lights. A buzzer will sound if you turn off the car and open the door without turning switch back to auto position or turning the switch counter clock wise until it stops at the off position.
