∙ 16y agoIt could be anything from Tennis Elbow (that doesn't mean you have to play tennis to get it) or you have injured it without realizing it. It's best to see your doctor to get a diagnosis. It doesn't sound like something you can't heal from and it will just take time.

∙ 14y agoA rotator cuff injury might lead to this. Try putting your arm behind your back, and then rubbing you shoulder muscle back and forth, perpendicular to the muscle. This should help with pain, and will help in the healing process if you do it every time before you use the arm.
