if you are living a healthy lifestyle (healthy diet, regular physical activity etc.) and you are still having pain then it could be an issue with the nervous system (like multiple sclerosis). If you are very sedentary or unhealthy it could probably be something else but i wouldn't know because i am not a doctor. you should definitely get it checked out
