I just solved the same problem. Its a 15 amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood on the passenger side near the front. Its the only 15 amp fuse and it is in a clip. Remove the clip, replace the fuse and then reset the clip.

If this does not fix the problem ,then you have to check your fuse panel to see if you have a burnt out fuse.

The bulbs twist into the backside of the instrument panel. There are several of them. In the fuse box...it will be labeled panel, or cluster , if the fuse is okies its the light switch.What if it is only half of the lights on the instrument panel that are out? Just the cold/hot dial and 5 buttons?
