What would cause the turn signals and emergency lights not to work on a Ford Windstar we replaced the fuse?

the most common thing is a faulty multifunction switch.

Check the flasher for the turn signals which is under the dash on the left side of the steering column . It is different from the emergency flasher.

It is your multifunction switch that has gone out. It is located in the steering column. I used my emergency lights and it blew out brake lights, turn signals, and emergency lights. In newer models Chevy did a recall not so for our older models. Mine is a 1995.

check connections that are attached to the lights and the the wire that leads away from them incase they have been damaged, aslo check the fuse that works the lights and if all else fails see you nearest automobil repare shop

Check the bulbs - they are doubloe filamented with the smaller being for brake/turn signals Check the fuses

i have tail lights but do not have brake lights nor do i have turn signals. i have replaced brake switch and all bulbs

It contains two relays, one for hazard lights and the other for turn signals. The one for the turn signals is defective and must be replaced.

It is probably a reference to a system which (if it is installed) "reads" signals from authorized emergency vehcles (law enforcement, EMS or FD) and automatically changes the intersection traffic lights to favor the direction in which the emergency vehicle is travelling.

You have a short, you also may have to check your bulbs i found on one of my blinkers the bulb was faulty, i replaced it and everything was all fine again.

No, they do not have traditional turn signals but have flashing lights.
