The turn signals might not work on a 1995 Grand Am when the switch is in the high beam position if there is a loose wire in the steering column. To find the loose wire, the center of the steering wheel will have to be removed.

on my truck on the top of the steering while caseing theres a little black switch if that's flipped just alittle bit it will cause the turn signals to not work try flipping the switch both ways and try the turn signals and see if that works
