Bad bulb or flasher is likely the cause

The fuse that controls the turn signals, brake lights, fog lamps and interior speedometer lamps / dimmer switch.

Its under the hood in the fuse box..

Read your owners manual to locate the fuse diagram on where the fuse is that controls all the items listed above.

This will most likely fix your problem.

Another answer is that it is the flasher relay. This is about $10 and is easily replaced although you will need to take the plastic shield off from below the steering wheel (near the drivers feet)

If you are working on a Pontiac Grand Am, it is best if you have access to old parts. The Pontiac Grand Am has not been made since 2005.ÊYou can go to salvage yards and find parts for this.

The most common reason that your dash lights and taillights are not working on your Pontiac Grand Am is blown fuses. Replace the fuses.
