Your Nissan may just idle high during the warm up of your engine. These cars are designed to do this based upon the fact the cars have an optimum running temperature. If they idle high when for the first 15 minuets it's to achieve that optimum running temp. If not then you may have a vacuum leak.
i have a 1991 nissan sentra speed up to 35 and start to miss
Change the fuel filter.
The reason a high beam indicator light might remain on in the dash of a 2005 Nissan Sentra might be a short in the wiring for the high beam headlights. It could also mean a short in the wiring of the steering wheel where the high beam switch is located.
My 1998 Nissan sentra wony shift into high gear
The 2003 Nissan Sentra SE-R uses a high revving engine. The manufacture recommendation is 10w-40 which will protect the engine and lubricate the internals.
you need a new blower motor resistor
Your throttle cable, needs to be adjusted.
More than likely the blower motor speed resistor burned out.
An idle set too high can cause a 1994 Nissan Pathfinder to run at a high RPM in 5th gear. A bad transmission gasket can also cause this.
I use 87, the GXE isn't a high performance car so no need to pay more for gas
bad light switch.
It is part of the alternator. If you are having problems keeping a charge or problem with high voltage, you might want to consider replacing your entire alternator.
This idle problem is caused by a dirty or defective throttle motor/body. It also quite possible that a defective temp sensor is the cause. Good luck.
Need new brake pads
If you are looking at the engine they are on the left hand side (passenger side) the low and the high are right next to each other. The have blue caps on the low and high, the high sits up higher then the low and if you look closely at the cap they are marked with a capital Letter H for the high and a capital L for the low.
Check the bulb and voltage coming out of the socket. If there is no voltage then the jumper wire may be bad. Just run a new wire from the working headlight to the non working headlight.
Nearly all vehicle headlights (with a single lamp on each side) have three wires: Vehicle Ground (usually black) and one wire for the Low beam and one for the High beam.
A faulty camshaft can cause your 1991 Nissan Maxima to idle erratically. A diagnostic test could verify the cause of the improper idling speed.
You've got an electrical fault, and it's not fuses.
"I could not find anything that said Nissan Finance had a high denial rate, but that does not mean that it does or does not. This is a tricky question to answer because it is hard to find it on the web, but a local agent would not come out and tell you they do."
I currently own 2 Nissan and the mileage on both are high. My 96 Altima is 325,568 right now and it is still running great. The other one I have is a 94 Sentra and the mileage on that is over 400,000 and again it is still running great. I know that didn't directly answer your question, but it might give you an idea of what to expect from these autos.
Bulbs Multifunction switch - The headlight switch on these go bad they run about $100 but are not to bad to replace. I would think that that is the most likely problem. Fuse usually in the power distribution block under hood
Castrol Brand Oil. I've did a trial test between Valvoline and Castol. First I've used the Valvoline Oil and noticed a little engine noise and not enough "ummphh". When I've tried the Castrol oil, I've noticed how smooth and quick the car was and it felt like it was new! I have a Sentra with 147,000 miles and use High Mileage oil
there is a relay the needs to be replace in the heater which cost about 50 dollars and you need to take out the glove box and it is easy to replace. takes about 1 hour or less.
