If the dipstick has broken off into the tube on a Nissan Altima, you can remove it using pliers. Other people have had luck using industrial strength vacuums and sucking the broken dipstick up.

Need a bit more info. What motor and year? Are there any other symptoms?
Use a volt-meter to measure the voltages and see what you are getting. You might have a couple of broken wires.
Yes! I did this to a 1994 Nissan 4x4. But you will also have to buy the headlights and marker lights. The metal behind the grill is all the same between the pathfinder and pickup truck from back then. The only other thing you will have to do is change the plugs on the end of the wiring harness for the lights but it is really simple.
Yes, several chips for 1995 Nissan pickups are available. Try searching on ebay, google, or other online stores for chips that match your make, model, and year.
Yes there is from 1986.5 - 1989 pickup and pathfinders if that answer your Question.
I know of no small diesel that is imported into the U.S. Isuzu, Nissan, & Toyota all make a diesel sold in other countries.
Disconnect the cables at the 1997 Nissan battery. After following one cable to the other end, disconnect it then pull it out. Feed the new cable in the same way. Connect the non battery end. Do the same for the other cable then connect the cables to the battery.
i know the front differential is a 4.11, but can any one help me find out what vehicles other than the truck this differential came in?
1990-1997 all had the KA24e. 96-97 were OBD2 though (easy to change however). The 90-95 were all identical in every way engine wise. Nissan didn't try to fix something not broken....
looks like your tracking is out and if its lower on one side than the other....somethings broken ether way go to a garage
If the vehicle is stuck in a gear then the shift censor is out. The other reason could be that the linkage on the transmission is broken.
You simply unscrew it. If it doesn't budge at first put a little muscle into it but other than that it just screws right off.
This depends on many factors. Which engine do you have, which transmission? how is your suspension? For example. My 87 pickup is a V6 with an automatic transmission. Tow weight is around 2600 lbs (about 1179 Kg) On the other hand, my father owns the standard transmission model of the 89 pickup with a V6 which can haul approximately 3500 lbs (about 1587 Kg)
look under driver side by ddoor, unscrew lock nut and tighten other screw until brake is good, then tighten lock nut.
disconnect neg.cable, then disconnect pos. cable from starter ,then other wire, then remove 2 bolts holding starter to engine.
I have used Pennzoil 10W-30 in my 1987 Nissan Pickup 4 cylinder Z24 for the last 16 years. I bought it in 1992 with 75,000 miles and now have 177,000 miles on it. It uses no oil other than maybe 1/4 or 1/2 quart between oil changes every 3,000 miles. Still seems to be a strong running truck!
Nissan frontiers 96-2000 ka2.4 motors only
A transmission from a 1993 Toyota pickup will fit into a 1994 Toyota pickup. The Toyota transmission will not fit in to other makes and models of pickups.
As long as the tranny is made for that motor it will fit but remember it is still not made for the pathfinder so most likely there will be problems down the road but other than that the tranny will work.
The South Beach diet is the best weight loss program. Other programs include the Atkins diet, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, and the Mediterranean diet.
There are a few reasons for this. First the bearing in the gear box may be dry and need grease and the other issue may be the linkage is broken.
