Everyone would die. There would be nothing for the primary consumers to eat, and they would die off. Then the secondary consumers would die off because they would have nothing to eat. Everything would eventually die from starvation.
If that specific animal was another animals main food, it could destroy both those species, the second from starvation. And if that second species was another animals main food, the third species could go extinct, and so on...
It often happens that there are more consumers than producers in a local food chain.
The outcome is:
- the consumers change to less attractive, less nutritious, harder to get foods, if available.
- starvation reduces the number of consumers to a sustainable level.
- eventually, the reduced population of consumers allows the producers to regain their production, which allows the consumers to repopulate and the cycle continues.
If there were no food chains then there will be a chance of starving food as they have only same food also environmental condition can be changed which can cause a huge problem
Hope it helps😊
Everything in the food chain would eventually die unless they could find a new producer.
If it is on the bottom of the food chain, the rest in the chain will starve.
If it it is on the top of the food chain, the ones below will have a population outburst.
If one consumer in a food chain became extinct all the others would be in danger and the food chain would collapse because they need each other for food.
The world would die from starvation.
consumers would also die
If they went extinct the whole food chain would be out of balance.
It would affect the food chain not only for the eagle but for other animals causing the animal planet to die slowly.
It would effect the food chain and other marine life would become extinct
The most directly affected of the food chain would be on the organism that used to eat the extinct animal and whatever the extinct organism used to eat. The whole entire food chain is ultimately affected.
there would only be plants
If an animal in a ecosystem chain became extinct - the WHOLE ecosystem would collapse because, believe it or not, every single species counts. For example, if a bird species in a forest became extinct - everything that ate the bird would die without their "food" and everything that ate them would die and so on and so forth.
tigers and leopards eat orangutans
the whole food chain would be effed up and we would cease to exist o_O
Because if they do the whole chain reaction would happen
We would miss them so much
every onr in the food chain will die lol i direction rock
all the animal would die
