What would keep the heater from getting hot on a 1992 ford e150 w 5.0 engine?

NO HEAT Either the teater core is pluged up , or the acturator motor stop working , check the heater hoses both of them for heat they halfto be HOT!!!!! if they are not then get heater core flushed , the acturator motot is under Heater box behind black vent covet bottom dash
