What would make soap bubbles come out of the kitchen faucet?
If you have bubbles coming out of your kitchen faucet, you have a venting problem. It has nothing to do with soap in your faucet.
Why would no hot water come out of the kitchen faucet while above in the bath and below in the basement it works fine?
I ran into this problem and fould a piece of debris caught in the stop, check that first.

Water is coming down from upstairs or it is back pressure from the water heater. If it is the water heater, it can come out of either side of the faucet.

why would my faucet water come out fast than slow
kitchen sinks are direct off the mains (potable drinking water) if you have had repairs to mains somewhere recently then you need to run your water for a while to clear if not then there may be a leek in the mains so contact the water athouraty.

If there is a shut off valve under the sink, shut it off and take the line off going to the faucet. Turn the valve on slightly to see if there is water going through it. The easy answer is sediment like lime or build-up. Unscrew the round part at the end of the faucet where the water comes out. There is a screen located in it. under the sink where your sink is at there will be 2 studs that come down with nuts on them, there are 2 big washers that prevent the nuts going all the way up on the threaded bolt. Tighten the 2 nuts up and that should solve your problem. Answer: This can be done easier with what is called a basin wrench. Check at a hardware or tool supply store.
If the sprayer hose screws onto the faucet, you can get a cap for that fitting. If it pushes into the faucet, I do not believe there is any plug available for that type. You have to have something on the hose fitting or water will come out when you turn the faucet on.

This is probably due to a leak somewhere in the faucet. Alternatively, it could be because some part of the faucet is not completely screwed in all the way.
