No. The historical list of tropical storms does not list the name Millie as a hurricane, typhoon, or named tropical storm.

A metaphorical use of the term was an episode of the UK TV series "From a Bird's Eye View"

created by Sheldon Leonard and starring Millicent Martin (episode aired December 11, 1970).

The 2017 Pokemon islands hurricane season has a Tropical Storm Millie affecting Sinnoh region.

There is no historical listing of a hurricane, typhoon, or tropical storm named Millie.

There were 4 Pacific storms or typhoons given the Philippines name "Milling" between 1965 and 1985, the last being Typhoon Tess in September 1985.
