Though there are websites that proclaim the ability to estimate the value of a piano sight unseen, (something like a 'blue book' value for pianos), this is not in reality the case. The value of a piano is highly dependent on its condition, quality of tone, and other factors. You therefore could have a custom made instrument that is close to worthless because it was abused and never properly taken care of, or you may have a simple instrument that has held its value well due to its quality and to the care it received. My advice to you would be to contact a piano technician in your area. S/he would be in a better position to evaluate the instrument then any website. Be aware, though, that the technician may want to see the instrument and for that there will be a service charge.
There was no Wurlitzer "Model 534627," which would describe the style and features of a particular Wurlitzer brand piano (just as the "Civic" and "Accord" are models of Honda brand cars). This looks more like a serial number, which would be used to decode the age and other details of the instrument. In this case, serial number 534627 denotes a Wurlitzer piano made sometime in 1953-54.
See the link below to determine the age of a Wurlizter piano by the serial number.
I can not verify if indeed it was DeKalb, but according to http://www.bluebookofpianos.com/serial1.htm Wurlitzer's starting with370000 - 399999 were manufactured in 1949.
According to bluebookofpianos.com, a Wurlitzer piano with this serial number would have been built in 1974.
